As a business gala with the largest scale and the highest level of China’s or even the world’s game industry and related industries, CGBC is honored as one of the B2B business events that create the biggest value in the industry. In order to discuss many a hot topic regarding the industry such as innovative marketing, personalized promotion and the establishment of international brand, the organizing committee of CGBC has specially set up the MMF for both the analysis and discussions on the developing model of marketing among the invited domestic and foreign professionals and media magnates. Chris Shen has served The9 as senior marketing director dating from August to December of 2005 and was appointed as the vice president of the company in January of 2006. Before joining The9, he had worked as group account director (GAD) and account director for many famous advertising companies in Shanghai and Taipei. During that period of time, he mainly offered services to international brands of the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry, the financial service industry and the retailing industry. He has brought his proved marketing experience and ideas to The9 and is now leading its marketing & PR team as well as its video game team. With the competition getting fiercer, what kind of marketing portfolio of media and platforms should the game industry apply? What kind of marketing strategy should be used? How to catch the target customer? All of these questions will be well answered. With more and more domestic game companies getting listed overseas in batches, CGBC’s MMF will also focus on new problems regarding media propaganda and marketing such as how to communicate with overseas media. Senior journalists and professionals from well-known news agencies and game media will be invited to share their experience in the above-mentioned issues. About CGBC:
