Should the internet have more control options for worried parents and educational directories?
With the increased worry that children will stumble upon media above their age range, (see: http://chn.ge/1rRIQoC and the more recent http://bit.ly/1oAGJQk) should the internet feature heavier parental intervention, or even a rating system that regulates website content?
