So, once in a while upon loading a page on the site, it'll come up without a bunch of the usual formatting.  It's intermittent, and I've seen it happen across multiple browsers on multiple operating systems.  I'm attaching a screenshot so you know what I'm talking about.   

That's really weird. Anyone else experiencing this? It's kind of difficult to find a solution when we're not able to replicate this problem... but we'll figure it out. Thanks for noting!
