Just a quick suggestion: You should consider adding some filtration options to the Jobs page. Given that the site is still very young, the filters may be under-utilized until more jobs are posted... but still, an idea for the future nonetheless. Some filtered options:

Salaried: Yes / No or Range X-Y or Commission
--> Probably easiest to have a boolean yes/no switch.

Platform: Maybe the job in question is only available for those who edit or write reviews for Xbox 360, the PS3, or the PC alone. If that is the case, experts in their respective platform field could filter out which choices apply to them. For example, I would definitely not be a good fact-checker for the Xbox, while I would consider myself an employable fact-checker for the PC.
